Install

Mac: open the .dmg and drag IO Coin into Applications, then open it. The app is signed and notarized by Apple.

Windows: run the .exe. If SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway. The wallet uses WSL, and Windows may ask to restart once.

Linux: sudo apt install ./IO-Coin-Wallet-2.0.0-testnet-linux-amd64.deb, or make the AppImage executable (chmod +x) and run it.

First start

  1. Create a wallet and write down your recovery phrase. Keep it offline; it is the only way to restore your wallet.
  2. Choose Stake (25 IOC or more) or PoP relay.
  3. Let the wallet finish syncing before you send anything.
